The Simon Brien Residential Professional Services department has recently been formed to cater for the increasing demand for strategic advice specifically tailored to the land and property sector.

Incorporating our Corporate Recovery department, Professional Services allows us to provide a tailored specific solution to individual properties and portfolios for residential, commercial and land transactions to the private and corporate sector. We provide advice to support a property strategy in line with our clients’ corporate business needs to maximise value from their assets.

Our Professional Services department manages assets on behalf of our institutional and corporate clients. Their services include providing an initial strategy to manage ongoing tenancies and ultimately disposing of assets by way of individual private treaty sale, portfolio sale, tender or auction. Following detailed analysis of the specific assets we provide a bespoke strategy to both maintain the assets and optimise the value within the time constraints and specific objectives of the client. Our Professional Services team also integrate with our Lettings and Property Management department.

We have a dedicated Professional Services team who are highly experienced in property related matters and skilled in dealing with matters as they arise, whilst advising clients on how to ensure the best value from their assets.
