When it comes to renting properties you can’t hang around. The best properties tend to be snapped up in days, so it’s advisable to book a viewing as soon as a property catches your eye. Our lettings team will do their utmost to accommodate you and even arrange out-of-office hours viewings. All you have to do is call.

Step 4: Renting a managed property

For the ultimate in hassle free renting, why not choose a managed property? A managed property, has a dedicated manager who will be your point of contact throughout your tenancy, and you will also have the benefit of a 24/7 helpline with contact details for help in case of an emergency.

Step 5: How the application process works

You’ve found the property you want and the landlord is happy to accept you as a tenant in principle. Now our dedicated lettings team can take you through the application process. We will collect references for you and the landlord, and help you complete the necessary forms.


The Lease Update
Step 6: The lease

Now your application has been approved, we will draft your lease. We will discuss any special conditions you or the landlord may wish to include in the tenancy agreement. This is your chance to ensure that your needs are considered too, as well as checking you are happy with the landlord’s requirements.


Movin In Update
Step 7: Moving in

After signing the tenancy agreement we will collect a deposit (usually one month’s rent) plus the first month’s rent from you. The deposit will be returned when your lease term has been completed, providing the conditions of the lease agreement have been met. Now, it’s time to collect the keys (if yours is a managed property we will give you the property manager’s contact details). Congratulations, you can now move in!
