COVID-19 OUR APPROACH

Simon Brien Residential are open for business during our normal working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 12.30pm.

We consider the safety and well-being of our staff and clients as our first priority and have introduced additional health, safety and clinical measures in consideration of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

In order to minimise risk to our clients and staff, we would request that contact is made with our offices where possible by phone or email as opposed to visiting the offices, and we will respond to your enquiry immediately.

We are focussed on ensuring that Simon Brien Residential can continue to offer our professional services in these most challenging times and we will monitor the situation on a day to day basis and obviously adhere to all Government guidelines and instructions.

Where possible we can offer a Video / FaceTime viewing tour of any of our properties or show houses conducted by a member of our team .

We are continuing to provide our valuation service and are also available online or by phone to discuss the proposed sale of your house, the purchase of your new home or any rental or property management enquiries.

For those wishing to request a valuation or a viewing, we will be asking a few simple questions. This is to ensure that no person whom our staff will be interfacing with, has had any contact with any party who has Coronavirus symptoms, has visited any Countries that have been designated as high risk, or are self-isolating.

We apologise for any inconvenience with this process and trust that everyone will understand the necessary protocol.

We feel that it is imperative for our staff and clients that we endeavour to operate our business in as normal a manner as possible in these difficult times with primary focus on health, safety, cleanliness and minimising close contact.

The 'Northern Ireland House Price Index' was published today and has some POSITIVE news for the housing market. The Northern Ireland property market is showing continual steady growth with an annual house price increase of 3.5% and is still one of the UK's most affordable places to live.
