Simon has over 30 years of experience in the residential sector of Estate Agency in Northern Ireland, and over the past 15 years has had particular focus on the land and new homes market representing most of the leading house builders across the Province together with providing a consultancy role for various lending institutions.
Currently handling over 50 new developments in Northern Ireland, Simon and the Land and New Homes team have an in depth knowledge of the changing market profile and are able to advise on development layouts and density, house type mix, pricing, phasing strategy and marketing.
