Samuel graduated with a degree in Land Management from De Montfort University, Leicester, and began his career at the Eric Cairns Partnership. In 2004, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a spokesperson for Residential NI, advocating for the highest professional standards among surveyors in the region. In addition to his role at Simon Brien Estate Agents, Samuel serves as a dedicated board member of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland, where he plays a vital role in ensuring fair and effective management of tenancy deposits. 

Outside of his professional commitments, Samuel enjoys golfing and is an active member of Clandeboye Golf Club.
