Property Manager
Patrick joined Simon Brien Estate Agents in 2024 as a Property Manager, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous role managing purpose built student accommodation.
Specialising in property management , Patrick is dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and personalised service to both clients and tenants. He believes in maintaining open, honest communication to foster trust and ensure all parties are well-informed throughout the property management process.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Ulster University Belfast (2022) and a Level 5 Diploma in Property, Planning, and Housing, Patrick combines academic expertise with hands-on industry experience to offer reliable and efficient property management solutions. He is committed to prioritising client satisfaction and building lasting relationships through transparency and responsive service.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys outdoor activities, including golf and road cycling through the scenic landscapes of Northern Ireland.
