New Homes Intern
Mark is currently undertaking his placement year with Simon Brien while studying for a BSc Hons in Real Estate at Ulster University. Working within the New Homes team, he is gaining valuable industry experience across a range of areas, helping him develop a broad understanding of the residential property sector. Alongside his studies, Mark achieved a First-Class grade in his second year and has been recognised for his academic performance through inclusion on the Dean's List.
Prior to joining Simon Brien, Mark gained four years of customer service experience as a Sales Assistant with Sainsbury's, where he developed strong communication and client-facing skills. He has also gained practical experience in property management and residential renovation through involvement in family projects, which inspired his passion for pursuing a career in the property industry.
Outside of work and university, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants and travelling to new destinations. He particularly enjoys exploring new cities and cruising. Mark also enjoys swimming and has achieved both Gold Lifeguard and CPR qualifications, reflecting his commitment to personal development and an active lifestyle.
