With over six years' experience in the Property Management industry, Malachy has built a strong track record across both residential and mixed-use portfolios. Having previously held Leasing and Property Management roles in Vancouver and Calgary, Canada, Malachy has gained extensive experience managing large-scale residential communities, with a particular focus on BTR developments.
Throughout his career, Malachy has developed expertise in resident relations, leasing strategy, property operations and delivering high standards of customer care. Malachy's international experience has provided valuable insight into a range of property markets, helping to shape a professional, client-focused approach to every aspect of property management.
Malachy holds a BSc Hons in Business with Marketing, combining strong commercial awareness with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering vibrant residential communities.
Outside of work, Malachy enjoys spending time with his dog, Finn, exploring new places and travelling the world whenever the opportunity arises. A keen traveller, Malachy enjoys experiencing different cultures and discovering new destinations, bringing the same enthusiasm and curiosity to both his personal and professional life.
