Letting & Property Management Administrator
Lisa joined Simon Brien in 2026 as a Lettings & Property Management Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and administration. Prior to joining the property sector, she spent 13 years with Ulster Bank before pursuing her passion for animal welfare through roles with Cats Protection and Assisi Animal Sanctuary. These experiences helped shape her organised, compassionate and client-focused approach to her work.
In her role, Lisa supports the lettings and property management team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently for both landlords and tenants. Known for her attention to detail and proactive nature, she takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
A graduate from Queen's University Belfast with a degree in Music, Lisa enjoys playing both the piano and harp and has a broad appreciation for music, ranging from classical compositions to rock and metal. She is an avid concert-goer and enjoys experiencing live music whenever possible.
Outside of work, Lisa has a particular passion for animal welfare and shares her home with her two rescue cats, Harper and Kara. She enjoys spending time with friends, attending live events and supporting causes that are close to her heart.
