Garrett brings extensive expertise to Simon Brien Bradley Estate Agents, backed by a broad career covering commercial and residential property markets throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the USA.
In 2017, Garrett founded Bradley NI by merging PJ Bradley Property Services with Curran Associates, forming one of Northern Ireland’s most forward-thinking property firms. Building on this foundation, he spearheaded the acquisition of James Wilson & Son in Newcastle in 2024, expanding Bradley NI’s presence and integrating a company with over a century of heritage. Alongside his well-established reputation as a commercial property expert witness, Garrett plays a key role in the sale of fine homes and development land. He also offers strategic advice to developers, supporting projects from their initial concept through to successful completion and sale.
Garrett also serves as the Commercial Property spokesperson on the RICS Northern Ireland Board, playing a key role in influencing the future of the property and real estate profession across Northern Ireland.
Beyond his professional role, Garrett is also deeply involved in Northern Ireland’s voluntary sector. He has held key leadership positions with well-known organisations such as The Prince’s Trust Northern Ireland, Giving Northern Ireland, and the USPCA. Additionally, Garrett serves as commodore of Carlingford Lough Yacht Club. His strong community involvement, combined with his extensive experience in the Northern Ireland property market, makes him a trusted and respected figure among estate agents and property professionals across the region.
