Accounts Assistant
David Alexander became part of Simon Brien Estate Agents in 2013, bringing with him extensive experience from his work in the public and charity sectors across Northern Ireland since 2002. Since joining, he has played a vital role within the team, offering valuable guidance and support to the property management department on evolving legislative changes in Northern Ireland.
In his role as accounts assistant, David has a strong focus on ensuring accurate financial management within the property sector. His expertise includes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and and ensuring compliance with ever-changing regulatory requirements.
David holds an HND in Business and Finance and is part-qualified with the IATI (Irish Accounting Technicians Ireland). He is proficient in using accounting software and tools, which allows him to streamline financial reporting and enhance overall operational efficiency within the estate agency.
In his free time, David enjoys running with his local running club in Newtownabbey and has completed fundraising runs for causes like NI Hospice and Dementia NI. He is also passionate about mountain biking and spending quality time with his family.
