Colin joined Simon Brien South Belfast in 2024 as a qualified Accounting Technician, bringing a strong background in accounting to the real estate sector. Working from the Lisburn Road office, Colin benefits from the extensive expertise within Simon Brien, while continuing his studies for accounting exams. His role supports the property team with essential financial management, ensuring that payments are processed quickly and accurately, which helps maintain the smooth operation of property transactions.
As a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Colin is committed to advancing his accounting knowledge. He plays a vital role in helping the sales team at Simon Brien South Belfast stay focused on delivering exceptional service to clients in Northern Ireland’s competitive property market.
Colin is passionate about community engagement, dedicating his time to local charities such as the Food Bank and Animal Sanctuary. He is also the Treasurer of an education-focused charity based in Belfast and actively participates in several community groups within the Cathedral Quarter area.
