With experience in all channels of marketing, Caitlin plays a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Before joining Simon Brien Estate Agents, Caitlin worked in the pharmaceutical industry and specialised in business to consumer marketing. Caitlin has 4 years of industry experience leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, out-of-home, print, audio, email, SEO and social advertising. Caitlin has managed website content, overseen creative production, and driven brand visibility through data-led strategy and strong cross-team collaboration.
A graduate of Ulster University Derry/Londonderry, Caitlin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Marketing in 2024, where she developed a strong foundation in legal principals alongside a solid understanding of marketing strategy and brand communication. This unique academic background equips Caitlin with a valuable analytical and regulatory awareness, supporting Simon Brien Estate Agents in delivering clear, compliant, and effective marketing within the competitive Northern Ireland real estate marketing.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys regularly going to the gym which keeps her energised, motivated and focused. Caitlin also enjoys regularly listening to music, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
