Andrea White began her estate agency career in 2005 with a leading multinational corporate estate agency. After gaining valuable experience, she transitioned to a smaller, privately owned agency, deepening her knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market, particularly in the Belfast city centre and Newtownards areas, developing a strong reputation in residential and new homes sales.

In 2013, Andrea joined Simon Brien Estate Agents as a Sales Negotiator, serving clients in the East Belfast and Holywood offices. Since its opening in 2017, she has successfully managed the Newtownards branch of Simon Brien Estate Agents, contributing to its growth and success. Throughout her career, Andrea has collaborated with some of the most highly regarded developers in Northern Ireland, assisting them with marketing materials and strategies for their award-winning new development sites.

Andrea prides herself on providing exceptional, friendly, and approachable service, understanding that buying or selling a home is a significant decision. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through every step of the process, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.

As a local resident and member of the Newtownards Chamber of Trade since the Simon Brien Newtownards office opened, Andrea is deeply invested in her community.
